Manas Barua bringing over 21 years of experience in design education and industry practice. His professional journey includes collaborations with renowned brands such as Gillette, Pepsi, and Coca-Cola, along with extensive work in the hospitality sector for prestigious hotel brands including Vasant Continental, Holiday Inn, Lemon Tree Hotels, Taj Hotels, and Novotel.
A specialist in space planning, hospitality design, art, and design, Manas has successfully combined creative vision with practical expertise throughout his career. He also spent 16 years at Pearl Academy, mentoring and shaping the next generation of designers through industry-focused education.
In 2021, he established his own design consultancy firm, further expanding his contribution to the design industry through consultancy, mentorship, and design leadership. Today, through GSAD, he continues his commitment to fostering creativity, innovation, and excellence in design education while empowering students to become confident and skilled design professionals.

Rupali Mongia
Rupali Mongia is a design professional specialized in spatial design with a strong foundation in art, design, and creative problem-solving. With nearly two years and above of industry experience, she has established her strong design aesthetics on a variety of hospitality, residential and commercial projects, her strength is in design development, planning, and execution.
Her professional experience includes working with La Lavanta, a 3.5-star hospitality property, along with contributing to several hospitality and residential design projects. Rupali combines creativity with technical precision, ensuring that every design solution is both aesthetically appealing and functional.
Her key strengths lie in technical drawings, design thinking, art and craft, and effective communication, enabling her to translate ideas into well-executed design concepts. Passionate about creating meaningful spaces, she focuses on delivering innovative and user-centred design solutions that enhance the overall spatial experience.

Aarti Kamat design professional in Interior design, with a strong foundation in visual representation of drawing and sketches. Her core area is sketching and drawing and she is been instructor with Pen IT Creatives for past 2 years.
Mayank Agrawal
Mayank Agrawal is a highly acclaimed director, filmmaker, educator, and documentary producer with over 12 years of experience. Known for his exceptional eye for detail and passion for storytelling, he has gained recognition for his work in Indian mythology, cultural heritage, and social issues.
He has collaborated with prestigious organizations, including the Uttar Pradesh Government and IGNCA (Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts), creating impactful cinematic narratives that educate, inspire, and engage audiences.
Mayank played a key role in the creation of a landmark collection of 108 films based on Indian mythology, traditional stories, and religious motifs, contributing to the preservation and promotion of India’s rich cultural heritage through modern storytelling.
As an educator and mentor, he is committed to nurturing creative talent while sharing his expertise in filmmaking and visual storytelling. He has also worked on significant documentary projects in the healthcare sector, highlighting critical social issues through compelling and human-centered narratives.
